All items are made to order, therefore I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If I made a mistake with the product, I will provide a replacement and will cover all shipping costs.

If there is ever a situation where I approve a return, buyer will be responsible for paying shipping to return item.

Please understand that processing time is, on average, 1-3 weeks because everything is made to order and all products go through multiple steps to be completed.
